David Gnozzi, reviewed the Focal Lensys Professional headphones on his MixBus TV channel, calling them “The Best of Both Worlds” between closed back and open back headphones. “These headphones sound extremely accurate… The low end is extended on these headphones, and it feels natural. I've always used [closed back] for a singer, or when people track, but these really are kind of the best of both worlds. They give you good isolation without compromising the bass extension, the transient response, and the accuracy. They are not hyped in any range. I want to stress also how comfortable they are, they are among the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn.
