Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Policy Focal Naim America. (FNA) operates with a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. This Policy is intended to establish a high-end value for all FNA brands. The FNA brands consist of the following products:
Focal (except Focal Professional), Naim, IsoAcoustics, Vicoustic, Thorens, Musical Fidelity, SPL.
Accordingly, FNA and our Retailers agree that they shall not advertise any FNA brands for less than the MAP pricing indicated in the current FNA Retailer price list. This MAP Policy applies to all advertisements of the FNA brands in any and all media, including but not limited to television, radio, newsprint, direct mailers, flyers, Internet or similar electronic media including websites, email newsletters, email solicitations and public signage.
We offer many incentives to our retailers to help maintain their profit margins and those that choose to disregard the MAP policy will be considered for dismissal as a retailer of FNA products.
This MAP policy and any FNA brands listed are subject to modification and may be modified by FNA in its sole and entire discretion, at any time.
